How to visit us by car.
(1)From Charlotte NC (1 hour)
Take highway #74 East to Monroe, NC. and then take #601 South(16 miles) to Pageland.
After passing Pageland town-limit, go straight on the same road. Highway widens to 4 lanes and number changes to #151. (this is Pageland by-pass) Come to the first traffic light with Burger King restaurant on your right and Food Lion on your left. Turn left onto Highway #9 South. Go 1.5 miles until yellow caution light. Turn right under the caution light onto Airport Road. Go 1.5 miles, you will see Pageland Airport on your right.(chain link fence) Turn right onto Hatchery Road. You will see "Aviagen" chicken hatchery on your left. Our house is 2nd house on the left past the hatchery.(across the street from the airstrip) Our mail box says "341" on it. Our house is a white house with red shutters.
(2) From Greenville, SC (2 hours 30 min)
Take I-85 North to Charlotte. Get onto Brookshire Freeway (highway 16 runs together) Go East and then get onto Highway 74 East and go to Monroe, NC (30 minutes from Charlotte). The rest of the directions are the same as No (1) above.
(3) From Greensboro, NC
Take I-85 South to Charlotte, NC. Get onto Brookshire Freeway as in (2) above.
(4) From Columbia,SC (about 2 hours)
Take I-20 East to Camden, SC. Then take highway #601 North all the way to Pageland (50 min. from Camden).
In pageland, highway #9 Joins the #601. Go straight through town on #9 South until you come to a stop light with Hardee's restaurant on your right. From there go straight for 1.5 miles until yellow caution light. Turn right under the caution light onto Airport Road. Go 1.5 miles until you see "Airport" road sign. Turn right just beyond the sign onto Hatchery Road. You will see "Aviagen" chicken hatchery on your left. Our house is 2nd house past the hatchery on your left. Our mail box says "341" and our house is white with red shutters.
(5) From Raleigh, NC (3-4 hours)
Take I-95 South to Dillon, SC. Then take highway #9 West(or North) to Pageland (1 hr. 20 min. from Dillon). Or you can take highway #1 South from Raleigh to Cheraw, SC. Then take highway #9 West (or North) to Pageland.
In Pageland, you will see a road sign which says "Stadium -- Airport" and at the same point there is a yellow caution light above the highway. Turn left onto Airport Road. Go 1.5 miles. Turn right Hatchery Road. You will see "Aviagen" chicken hatchery on your left. Our house is 2nd house past the hatchery on your left.
